10,000 Minute Challenge

Dear BRCS Community,

In this season we as an athletic department are attempting to come up with ways to motivate our community to stay healthy and active. With that in mind, we have come up with the 10,000-minute challenge. If you complete 10,000 minutes of training and activity between April 1st and August 1st you will receive a prize! Participants that reach 5,000 minutes, and 7,500 minutes will also receive a small prize. These prizes will be announced at a later date! Stay tuned!

Staff, students, and alumni are encouraged to participate!

If interested subscribe to the Team App 10,000 minute challenge to receive updates. We will be utilizing the BRCS Athletics youtube page to send you updates, workouts, and videos from our coaches throughout the challenge. Our athletic department has come up with instructions, rules, suggested workouts, and additional information in a document attached to this message below.

If you have any questions, need motivation, or want to inform us of how easily you are going to earn your prize, please let Rachel Feldpausch or myself know via email!
