Our spring sports banquet is TOMORROW! Here are the details! Let us know if you have any questions!

If you haven’t paid for your team gear, you will either need to come with payment tomorrow or you will need to turn in your team gear with your uniform. There are lists at the bottom of this email of those of you who have not paid yet. If you think this is incorrect, let me know.

We will provide ice cream for you to enjoy throughout the evening! We are going to make one slight change from last year’s banquet. Instead of having the team ceremonies in the commons, we will have them in the chapel space in the Upper School. We hope that this will provide space for more people to enjoy the ceremonies without feeling cramped :) We did this in the winter and we are going to make a few adjustments from that banquet but it will be largely the same!
The commons/courtyard space will be open for enjoying dessert and fellowship throughout the evening.
The highlight video will be shown at 5:30pm as we welcome everyone and give instructions.

After the welcome at 5:30, we will ask that you do not enter through the backdoor near the parking lot, but enter through the door to the commons from the courtyard, so as to not disturb the ceremony happening in the chapel space. You may enter the chapel space through the double doors inside the building after entering through the commons.
